As I’m currently sitting down the lane I was brought up, looking directly at my childhood home, I felt inspired to write this post and 7 steps to reclaiming our pure innocence and child-like wander again. 💫
As I tuned into my intuition, my usual way of writing now, I quietly channelled the following 7 steps to return to innocence at any time in our lives, regardless of what we’ve been through or perceive as anything but pure and innocent living.
⭐️ STEP 1
Connection to the Divine Oneness where all source comes and materialises into physical manifestation.
You are Divine, a pure spark and part of the cosmos having a human experience. Never forget this purity of your soul which never ever goes away because it’s who you are. Pure and simple.
⭐️ STEP 2
Know thyself. See yourself in the eyes of God and Goddess, a child of LOVE as pure and natural as nature.
You are a beautiful expression of the divine. See yourself as the beautiful and magical emanation of all that is. With your own unique look, beauty and essence.
See your own unique qualities and and know you are here for a higher purpose, vision and mission.
⭐️ STEP 3
Speak softly, clearly and in truth. Find and discover your purest voice.
Express your truth with ease and grace. Sing and dance until your hearts content.
Share your unique message with the world, a capture of life only you can know and share.
⭐️ STEP 4
Connect to your heart of all hearts. Feel the oneness and unity of all. Here lies love and compassion.
First and foremost, give yourself the love and compassion you so dearly give to others around you.
Bring that Love energy home and feel your heart expand and take in more of life’s magical love and healing heart energy.
You ARE LOVE. 💗

Know your fire and inner strength. Take aligned action towards goodness and wholeness always.
Discover your passion from within, your skills, strengths and resilience.
Know you have a purpose here on Earth and unique gifts to offer by just being you and showing up as the radiant, glowing individual you are.
⭐️ STEP 6
Surrender and experience the pure joy of being spontaneous and free like the river of life.
Tap into your senses, come home to your feelings, feeling is healing and your emotions are rich and rewarding.
Creatively express your own unique qualities and essence.
⭐️ STEP 7
Stand strong, feet planted firmly on the soil, knowing you are a part of Mother Earth, valued, loved and worthy of all the abundance surrounding you.
Tap into Mother Nature, nurture your body with nourishing foods and movement.
YOU are here for a reason, you are worthy as a physical manifestation of God and Goddess himself and herself.
