My mission and passion is to support you to heal from the past and feel fully expressed in mind, body and soul!
I bring over 30 years experience in both traditional Psychology + Energy Medicine. I’m trained in many different modalities within Energy Medicine, Health & Well-Being, Psychology & Counselling and Tantra.
I’ve also followed the magical earth-based celtic cycle for over 20 years and infuse this into my own life and all of my teachings and trainings.
On a more personal level, I’ve healed from chronic fatigue, severe depression, an eating disorder & full blown burnout.
On a deeper level, I’ve healed from relationship trauma and rediscovered my heart and soul.
